2-Year Warranty Policy

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal, intended use during the warranty period. If a covered defect occurs, Nassco Beauty may repair, replace, provide a replacement component, or provide another appropriate remedy as permitted by law.

The warranty lasts 2 years from the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by law.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incompatible accessories or chargers, normal cosmetic wear, scratches, ordinary deterioration, liquid damage where not designed for such exposure, loss, theft, unauthorized shipping/handling damage, or use outside the product instructions.

Contact nasscobeauty26@gmail.com and provide your name, order number or proof of purchase, purchase date, description of the issue, photos or videos when requested, and other information reasonably required. Reasonable troubleshooting may be requested.

Proof of purchase may be required. Unauthorized-seller purchases may not qualify.

If a return is required for inspection, repair, or replacement, Nassco Beauty will provide instructions. Do not send a product without instructions.

This warranty provides specific rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
